Endy Chiakpo

Endy Chiakpo has over 30 years of experience with IBM in the United States. He held various engineering, technical, and general management positions, including being one of the first black men to be a senior engineering manager of a supercomputer design and development lab. The IBM Deep Blue was the fastest supercomputer in that era and it defeated the world chess champion, Garry Kasparov, in 1997.

Endy Chiakpo rose to high-level management positions with many international assignments and was Program Director of IBM worldwide Security Business Unit He was the IBM Country General Manager responsible for the development of (in) 22 African countries including Nigeria. He played a key role as a top member of the Nigerian vision 2020 strategy. He is a member of COREN, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN), and the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS).

He gets invited to speak at various scientific, technical, and business summits worldwide (Africa, Japan, China, India, Europe, Northern, and Southern America) including the renowned Engineering Deans Institute (EDI).

He has a number of technical publications and patents. He holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MSEE from Syracuse University, and a BS in Physics from Texas Southern University.

Endy Chiakpo is the Managing Director/CEO of Agile Cyber Security and Technology Ltd (AgileCST Ltd).

He is on the board of Swiftlink Nigeria Limited a Fintech Company.

He is married with four children.
